GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTATIONS
GUIDELINES FOR ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Oral Presentations should be 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions, for a maximum presentation length of 15 minutes. We kindly ask authors to verify the timing of their presentations. Each session will have a dedicated chair to manage time and moderate discussion.
GUIDELINES FOR POSTER SESSIONS
Posters will be displayed digitally. You do not have to print your poster.
Poster Sessions will be divided in two:
- Session A will be held in Mansarda Meeting Room
- Session B will be held in EX Carrozze Meeting Room
Posters will be displayed using laptop, each Poster Presentation should be 5 minutes and is allowed only one slide in ppt format, using the template provided.
We kindly ask you to keep the time assigned limit in mind and remember to save time for discussion!

Please prepare your slides in PowerPoint using landscape orientation and standard 4:3 format ratio.

If you have video files attached to your power point presentation, they must be in the following format: .mpg, .mpeg, .avi, .wmv, mp4 or .mov and must be saved in the same folder as the presentation. When saving your final presentation on a USB stick, make sure to include your video files and all links to these multimedia files.
In the Plenary Room you will be assisted by a technician.
In the other rooms you are asked to upload directly on the laptop your presentation.
In order to avoid delays, all presentations must be on memory stick or hard drive, and saved/handed to the staff as far in advance as possible.
Please keep in mind the following timetable:
Friday, September 27: presentations must be saved/handed to the staff in the plenary room before 1:30pm
Saturday, Semptember 28: presentations must be saved/handed to the staff in the plenary room before 09:00am (or the day before, until 6pm)
Sunday, September 29: presentations must be saved/handed to the staff in the plenary room before 09:00am (or the day before, until 6pm)
